- What you cant finish in one step is a project (use task warrior projects for this and tags for breaking things own into smaller pieces like errands and daily tasks etc)

- Let your partner know where your “in basket is” to send tasks there so that disturbing them isn’t a thing, they’ll see it in their own time
- “what do you need to do to get that off your mind?” is what you should ask yourself about your tasks
