- Even if someone is worthy of ridicule, if they are your guest they are deserving of respect and should not be treated as a laughing stock
- When treated respectfully as a guest, instead of ridicule others do not question him and this affords him some semblance of general respect from others who may now know him.
- Do not immediately put someone down in front of others
- Allow them to do this job themselves
- but afford them respect as a guest so that other guests also treat this person respectfully and "give him a chance"
- Be a good, kind, and benevolent host
