If *capital* is human created assets that improve one's power and ability to perform economically useful work, then a perfectly apt example is **knowledge** itself.
The more **knowledge** you have around a particular topic, subject, or tool; the better you are able to leverage it for improved gain, performance, or output. You can never know too much, and the more knowledge you have the better off in almost all situations.
Knowledge workers rely on their brains to perform work where as other disciplines like laborers use primarily their body. However [[All work requires the health of the human body|all work requires the health of the human body]].
