#### [[Sensory overload such as loud and competing audio input can cause irrational anger within the neurodivergent]]
---
When trying to actively focus on auditory input the [[Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder]] brain cannot easily separate other audio stimuli. Hearing cars across the street, the buzz of the florescent light bulb, all the people talking at once, the loud typing on the keyboard, etc.
When confronted by the cacophony of noise it becomes impossible to focus, and the frustration may lead to irrationally intense anger.
