#### The benefit of analog zettelkasten cards laid out on a desk can be replicated with andy mode --- One of the benefits of an Analog Zettelkasten that was practiced by [[@Niklas Luhmann]] was the spreading of the index note cards out on the desk. IF you notes fit on an index card and can be spread around a desk you can see everything with a broad overview as well as easily manipulate them in their physical formations. In Digital systems the act of organization, taking, categorizing, and view notes is hyper efficient and misses out of this perk of an analog system.
